Mindset Social Care has been established since 2017, and our portfolio has grown from strength to strength in providing experienced, compliant healthcare professionals across the Social Health spectrum. The East of England (Cambridgeshire, Suffolk and Norfolk) and Nottinghamshire MindSet is unique in its proposition to private individuals and families looking to purchase care directly through our portal www.carerspoint.com, which is under construction. This portal would be the first of its kind bringing together clients (people requiring care) and Staff in a regulated online marketplace, allowing people to vet their staff before purchasing the service.

With our main hub for Heath & Social Care provides:

  • The provision of temporal staffing to care homes and supported living services.
  • Provision of Care services to private individuals.
  • Online portal for Support Workers and Clients to meet for the purpose of purchasing a care service.

We conduct interviews with all our candidates in person, we speak to them about their expectations, their qualifications, training and the Clients. Our clients receive workers that are fully vetted and compliant, have their refresher training tracked, renewed and have up to date enhanced DBS checks. We also ensure all candidates have a detailed knowledge of the specific role, the company and its culture.

We meet with each of our Clients to gain an understanding of their individual settings and we provide this feedback to our Workers. This helps to ensure we get the right Worker for the right setting. With branches across East Anglia and the Midlands, we are confident in our ability to offer an unrivalled recruitment service, tailored to the individual needs of each of our Clients. All our Health & Social Care branches operate an out of hours service, for both clients and booked candidates.
